PLANT return to Control to launch their new album, “Evenimentul Major”. And you shouldn't miss it.
The Bucharest trio continues to evolve the sonic experiment they call “modest rock.”
Their debut album, “Electrocasnic” (2023), put them on the underground map with its raw sound and irresistibly catchy choruses. The story carried on with the punk cassette “BAU!” (2024), a release packed with skeletons and fuzz.
Now it’s time for album number two. The new record promises just as much: loud new songs, stretched across the same ironic and emotionally charged spectrum of their lyrics. An apocalyptic mini-epic about vices, unrealized potential, and black tea.
Coridor, Apt. (Coridor, Apartament) is a Bucharest-based Midwest emo band performing in Romanian.
The lineup includes Ștefan (vocals/guitar), Rareș (guitar), David (drums), and Victor (bass/vocals).
Beneath layers of emotional screams, harmonies, odd time signatures, and fuzzy guitar riffs lie sensitive, frustratingly catchy lyrics and vocal melodies.
Orange Peel Her around a year ago, the project being formed by a common goal of the band members, to make music without any limitations, with emphasis on the noisy sounds but without a focusing on a specific genre. Their influences come from noise, riot grrrl and from other projects that came out of the conventional patterns, both in terms of sound and attitude.
